These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the micdrop mobile application (the "App"), operated by micdrop ("micdrop," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use micdrop. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use micdrop only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
micdrop allows you to post content such as reviews, ratings, comments, and profile information ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by posting content in the App, you grant micdrop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the App.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights to post it.
Certain information you share, such as your profile, reviews, ratings, and concert activity, may be visible to other users depending on how the App functions.
You understand that content shared within the App may be seen, commented on, or interacted with by other users.
The App uses third-party services, including the Ticketmaster Discovery API, to display concert and event information.
micdrop is not responsible for third-party services, content, or websites. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
All content and materials provided by micdrop, including logos, designs, text, and software, are owned by or licensed to micdrop and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without our prior written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we choose to discontinue the App.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. Concert information, availability, and event details are provided for informational purposes only and may change without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, micdrop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid to use the App, if any.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless micdrop from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the App or on our website, and the "Last updated" date will be revised.
Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
